As part of the thematic semester MECABIONIC on the mechanobiology at Université Côte d'Azur, the summer school "Mechanobiology across fields" will bring together junior researchers from various fields including physics, biology, mathematics, computer science and engineering from June 3 to 7, 2024 on the Valrose campus in Nice.


About

Funded by the Complex Systems Academy of Université Côte d'Azur, the MECABIONIC thematic semester on mechanobiology offers a summer school to bring together young researchers from various fields including physics, biology, mathematics, computer science and engineering to follow courses on four main themes:

- pulmonary mechanobiology,
- plant mechanobiology,
- morphogenesis,
- actions in mechanobiology.

The summer school will take place from June 3 to 7, 2024 at the J-A Dieudonné Mathematics and Interactions Laboratory located on the Valrose campus in Nice.


In the program ?

Social events such as a welcome cocktail, a guided tour of the historic Valrose campus and a field trip to Saint Honorat Island where we will attend a seminar on digital sustainability.
